Sarah is currently the Director of the Equine Program at a residential treatment center and has completed more than eight different trainings in this field from a variety of different schools. She is beyond excited about how this modality works. It taps into things people do not even know are there, allows for great introspection, and can be a catalyst for positive change. All of this work takes place unmounted, on the ground, and can be either individual sessions or small groups sessions out at the barn in Woodside, CA. Equine sessions can be either psychotherapy in nature or specifically life coaching, depending on your needs.
Areas where this is highly effective are: team building, self esteem raising, boundary setting, developing healthy communication skills, and over all positive life improvement.
