individual coaching

My coaching clients benefit not only from all of my experience as a life coach but also my more than 20 years as a therapist. While coaching is different from therapy, my ears are highly trained to quickly identify patterns of behaviour and belief systems that are no longer serving my clients.

In coaching we will identify your specific goals, work on establishing healthy boundaries, and take actionable steps towards manifesting a healthy and satisfying life. I will gently hold you accountable andprovide you with the support system you need to create positivechange.

Reasons for seeking life coaching include but are not limited to:

  • making a career move or managing a difficult work situation

  • support through a life transition

Creative Art Coaching

Creative Art Coaching simply means harnessing the creative art process as a tool that can make change happen. Making art with me as your coach can help you focus, set intentions, and manifest desires.

Creative Art Coaching is great in group settings such as for a retreat, team building, parties, and other inspired gatherings. Learn about yourself or the group in a fun non-threatening and lighthearted way.

I am available to lead on-site groups for your work retreats, private parties, or special events.

 
 

workshops and retreats

I offer small group workshops in my large private office on Main Street in downtown Half Moon Bay as well as at Harley Farms in Pescadero and other special locations TBA. Topics include team building, work atmosphere improvement, effective communication, esteem building, vision boards, and healthy boundary-making.

These workshops usually contain an educational component, some group processing, and take-away content. You can request and customize a private workshop for a small gathering or work event. Please email me with your ideas and requests!

 
 

psychotherapy

I have more than 20 years’ experience providing therapy for individuals, couples, families, and teens. My clients benefit by healing old wounds, recognizing unwanted behavioral patterns, and in turn learning how to live fulfilling and peaceful lives. I am an expert in boundary making, teaching healthy coping skills and teaching effective communication skills.

In addition, I have specialized training in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, teen angst, codependence and addiction. And, because of its usefulness in reaching the subconscious, I often incorporate art therapy into my psychotherapy practice.

 
 

art therapy

Art Therapy is for those seeking additional support and is a clinically proven tool for improving most mental health issues. It is a great tool for accessing subconscious parts of ourselves and for aid in manifesting our deepest desires.

Creative expression is an efficient way to search internally and express outwardly, can be highly cathartic, can calm your nervous system and help you regulate, and is a unique way to communicate through symbols. I believe wholeheartedly in the healing aspects of the creative process. You do not need any previous art experience or knowledge for this process to work for you.

I have more than 23 years of experience running art therapy groups, setting up art therapy programs in various organizations, and providing individual art therapy sessions for all ages with all mental health struggles.
